The staff of InsuranceSplash reserves the right to deny any submissions.  If we are unable to accept a submission we will refund the payment at 100%. 

If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 60 days of joining InsuranceSplash, contact us and we will refund your payment 100% and remove your agency listings as soon as possible. 

We will not share your information with any third parties unless required by law.

We will never have access to your payment information.  it is handled 100% through our third-party partner, Paypal.  Paypal is the most recognized and secure payment processor online.

We reserve the right to restructure our websites.  For example, if one particular regional category has too many listings, we will split the category and place your listings in the category we believe to be most appropriate.  If you disagree with our categorization, contact us and we will be glad to move your listings to the regional location of your choice.
